Cybergate has client problems, BAD. Cerberus is more unstable when it comes to the server side, but I haven't noticed it, also with Cerberus the features work very nicely. Spy net is what Cybergate was made from..its okay, but I haven't really been able to tell that much about it.

I use CyberGate and have personally not had problems with it. It does what I want it to do. Cerberus is unstable and your servers will randomly disappear.
Never used Spy-Net, so my vote is CyberGate.

On Cybergate I had terrible client problems. It might just be me on Win 7

I have both, spy-net 2.7 and cybergate 1.04.8 and i can say Cybergate is better:
stable
most of the function work well
server stable
