Squirtle Squad - Soulmate - May 12, 2012

What is Squirtle Squad?
This will be a group dedicated to Pokémon. This will be a very simple group, and if you play Pokémon and have a good application, I will probably accept you. There have been a few groups like this, but this is the most active and most recent.

Welcome to the new Squirtle Squad. This group has not been active for a very long time, and now that I have a lot of time on my hands, I'd like to get some activity going. I check everyone's usernames, and updated those who changed theirs. If you're reading this and no longer wish to be a part of the group, contact me. All applicants are also up to date on their status with the group.

I will be looking for a new leader, as I do not have a computer, and a lot of people will be involved in the group. We will most likely have a Pokémon help desk, which will be run by a lot of members if they feel like it.

We will soon have a Skype chat, and hopefully more. We are still as welcoming as ever, and if you don't meet the requirements, apply anyway.

I have not yet decided on the leader, as I am unsure of who is and isn't active on the group, but if you see this and wish to help me out a ton with the group, contact me.

What is your favorite type and why? Fire & dragon pokémon. I like them because of their brutality, intense power and appearance. The brutality/intense power is the strength these pokémon have against others and in my opinion are by far the strongest types upon being one form. There appearance is very attracting with beauty from the spitting fire from their body's or wings which is why I also love those types. Finally because there techniques are very good as well.
What is your favorite Pokémon and why? My favourite pokémon is Pikachu and Squirtle. The reason why I like Pikachu so much is because since I began to watch pokémon he was at first the most stubborn thing imaginable and then became into the loving pokemon that is one of my favourites. The reason why I like Squirtle is because of the way he is very humorous in most of the videos and especially from the video with the Squritle squad video which I loved.
What is your favorite Pokémon game and why? Well to get to my favourite game I'd need to explain them. Be prepared to read everyone. Spoiler (Click to View)Red, Blue, yellow.
I loved when I first got red version and I even remember starting with a charmander and such. I then got yellow and like everyone else starting with the pikachu and doing what you gotta do then. I really liked how at the end you could go to the top of mt.silver and fight red and he had the top level pokémon like all the starters, (1st gen) and a level 88 snorlax and 90+ pikachu. I also remember fighting yellow @ the first town in the mini gym where you could fight random players and meeting blue @ Cinnabar Island and almost catching every pokémon back then.

I then moved onto the next generation of pokémon with the Johto region when I bought pokémon gold with my own money and started with Cyndquil as I really like fire pokémon and statistic's even show that the fire pokémon are the strongest but are the hardest to train/take the longest to train. The story line in that wasn't as good but I did enjoy the team rocket games within it. I did manage to obtain all pokémon including the three legendary dogs which took a big portion of my life when I was younger. I did end up getting crystal and beating it quite easily but had a bit more to it then.

Following that I got leaf green & fire red but I started with leaf green and it was a big surprise/change compared to the other ones because I played them on the good old game boy colour and then I got a clear looking game boy advanced and was so awesome and these graphics looks amazing the game play and story was amazing and the was just amazing! It was the same as the Indigo League but had more things there and more to do. The story line with regeice, and the others was spectacular along with the 7 islands. Getting all of those pokémon did not happen for me. I eventually got them all but on another game first before on this one.

Next, I got ruby, and sapphire and the newer pokémon was a real neat touch. I started with a torchic but like many I feel right for mudkip after beating it the first time. I really liked it and the story line on this one was unique because it wasn't team rocket but was really awesome and I like team aqua v.s magma! It was just an amazing game that I played a lot and I think this game was out when I was in grade two so mabye I'm getting fire red/green leaf in the wrong order because it's been a long time since I've gotten right down to studying it. Anyways it was really fun and I liked the beginning of the caves/hide outs you could make.

After that came Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. I started with Diamond well my brother started with Pearl so it was really cool near the ending of the game for us. I chose piplup so it was a change for the first time with a water type instead of a fire type. I remember all the people and who we had to fight etc.. and the story line which was down right amazing. I did end of trading my empoleon to my brothers account well I made a new game with chimchar and then traded the empolean back just for support. Then after getting Arceus and the other two from Diamond and Pearl once I bought it. I did get Arceus on the Platinum when I bought it first though on the event that you have to do over wifi. Finally the caves and tunnel digging was so fun making bases and such with friends and I traded everyone onto the account and caught them all and got Darkrai, Manaphy, Heatran, and Shaymin from doing the event with professor Oak.

Before I get to the next and last generation of pokémon I was with the mystery dungeons and I've gotten extremely far on about 3 different ones and I also played a game on my wii and got far on it as well. Those are just side pokémon games I played.

Finally Black & White. I've seen episodes, played a little bit at the beginning but I haven't played the full thing so I don't have that great of an input of it but I hear it has an amazing story line and I've seen the graphics and new pokémon and it looks spectacular!

If I had to choose one that I enjoyed the most throughout my 13 years of playing it since I was about three years old then the game would have to be.

-Drum roll please- DUM DUM DUM DUM!
Diamond, Pearl and Platinum!
