Introudction
I do notice that numerous threads like this have been created, and almost all of them have died out. Yes; this one may do to, but if this can somehow reduce the amount of threads posted for a day; I guess it's done it's duty. So what is it, you ask? This thread is mainly for those whom are unable to use the search function. Every day a couple dozen threads are posted suggesting "new" ideas / schemes. On the rare occurance; let's say every 1 in 200, a good suggestion/idea is made. However, on most occasions, the suggestion to which the OP suggested, would have already been posted, let's say about a week back. So what's the aim;
- Quicker effective way of finding denied suggestions
- Reduce the amount of threads
- And prevent the mentors / staff having to do more work, which could easily be done by using this thread or the search tool
If spoiler is present under a suggestion; it means the reasons for it being declined
The Layout
Well. For those whom are not looking for a certain suggestion, I'll be putting each denied thread / idea under different sections. Examples of a couple of sections;

You could try making it look a little nicer, and constantly updating. I wouldn't use a thread layout because you'd have to keep editing the .PSD and editing the post with the new image, unless you're up for updates weekly.

I'll just keep with the original design; and make sure to update, let's say every other day?

Yeah! Although, you could at least make it a bit easier to look at with some [.color][.align] tags.
