This tutorial is easy and requires QUICK CMD codes you have to fill in Windows Defender When you are trying to open your Windows Defender, You get this pop-up saying that your Windows Defender is shut down. Now mostly if you are trying to click turn it back on it doesn't work. Command Prompt Now what you do is open your Command Prompt ( CMD ) As Administrator Type the following command: Code winmgmt /verifyrepository''WMI repository is not consistent'' message. For me it says ''WMI repository is consistent'' because my Firewall is already enabled.
