Found these 2 amazing websites, thought I'd share.
Proxiesfor.me offers 100's of working proxies, and they update them daily.
Best of all you can view them RAW + Country Based.
Bypassthisfor.me is a simple proxy, and it can be viewed on 95% of all office + school computers that block certain website(s). Use it to get around to your favorite porn website! Haha...
Tested and worked at my high school.

It has been approx. 5 years since I was at school so forgive me for my lack of knowledge but can you not just change your browsers proxy information with ip:port addresses from a website such as HMA?
I remember doing this when I was at school however the Department of Education may have finally caught up and updated their systems slightly...

http://www.proxiesfor.me provides just that... Daily updated proxies (private) for you to do that.
It works great!
And if you can't/aren't allowed to do that just use http://www.bypassthisfor.me
But yes that works too.
