With FTP. Hehe :p
Build this in your shell: http://php.net/manual/en/book.ftp.php

Yes, but I have to brute force the password of the Website, no?
I just have uploaded a shell in it, and I can download a file one each time, but I want to download all folders and files at the same time, or transfer everything to another ftp server, that's possible?

I think so. It's just FTP, you know cPanel and DirectAdmin? They use this, I guess.
