Download ManyCam. its the best to use and im sure theres a tutorial on youtube on how to put on the video

Open two browser windows, and drop the .swf file to the window and the other window open your video chat. IE: omegle, chatroulette , etc

There are a lot of fixes but I can't be bothered trying them, use the search function on here or on google.
