Its a beautiful photo. And I mean only the photo, maybe you should get a camera and try taking some photos?
Photos don't need over editing.. or editing at all apart from maybe lighting or if you are rendering the image.
My opinion:
Bubbles - pointless
Colour dots - uneeded
C4D - why?
maybe remove all this and set the layer gradient to lighten or screen with a low percentage, and same with photo filter (if you added one)
You don't need fancy editing or pointless effects to be good at editing :)

In this case, the text truly does ruin it. You should have used some type of cursive font.
