Hmm, it doesn't seem to be working for me.
But, when I go on a proxy, it works fine.
I'm not sure why.
My IP isn't blacklisted anywhere. My ISP's Dns translation servers are working fine.
But this course seems to be pretty good.
I highly recommend it.

Start > Run > CMD > ipconfig/flushdns
That should do it.

Yeah, and if you can't access the site, you probably have MalwareBytes.
Just add an exception.
MalwareBytes refuses to UnBlock our IP.

Make sure your Antivirus/MalwareBytes isn't blocking the site.
