3. Search Scam Reports area for any existing threads with the scammer. Search by username and also uid. If everyone adds the users profile then UID will be very effective: He didn't have any so i really trusted him based off all of his stats.
4. Post any images/screenshots that you can provide as evidence of the scam. Best option is to use the spoiler tags for images:

Well here it goes guys. So im new here and haven't had many post/rep to myself yet. I made a thread and was selling some Zynga poker chips. I was contacted by ๖ۣۜBioRisk that he wanted to purchase my chips.
Here is a picture of the pm's:

So i thought ok ill check him out. He was a l33t member had no warning %. Also checked to see if he had scammed anyone in the past and he hadn't. He had more posts than me and rep and was a l33t here is a piture of his profile as it sat before our deal:

So i added him on skype and we spoke for a while, and then we agreed on a price of 25 USD for the 22mil. Here is a picture of that:

So we get on facebook and he sat at a table in the game i asked him in skype if he was "Tyler Hudson" to confirm his identity he said "mhm" so it was confirmed as him, and from there so i started giving him his chips. In the second picture you can see in the bottom left where it says i was giving him chips, and in my thread posted at the top of this post in the terms of service it clearly states once one chip has transferred it is officially a deal. Here are these two pictures:

So all the chips were his i ask him if he is ready for my pay pal to pay he says yes, and so i send him my paypal. Then i notice he has deleted and blocked me so my messages wont go through to him on skype anymore. So i wait to give him a chance to pay and he didnt i have the picture of the end of the conversation where he says he is ready to "pay" and also my pay pal balance after i waited for him and he didn't pay:

In closing id like to say that i am new here and i respected the fact that im not reputable, and that i trusted him because he was throwing his rep and l33t and no scam reports at me. I know my post is very long and i hope you guys took the time to read through it as ive tried to be very thorough with it. This was my first ever true sales post so far and i got scammed when i was trying to do the right thing and go first and, i really hope this gets looked at and actions if any are aloud are taken against said user. I was gonna use this money to buy my l33t upgrade but looks like that will have to wait. Thanks for reading guys and just like it was my first true sale this is my first true dispute form if i did something wrong please let me know and i will adjust it accordingly.
EDIT: To make it better i knew he had a thread where he says he is spending 500 USD's so i post in there to warn other of his scamming before i could get this post and he tried saying he doesn't even know me which kinda solidifies him scamming me here is a screenshot of that:

Completely Legit, chatted to this guy in Skype. He shared me his screen, I saw the evidences with my own eyes.
Biorisk is an LQ user with some bad history.

Yea i know i just figured i was doing the right thing to become trusted i love hack forums and some of the people ive met and friended in such a short time. It just sucks that i get scammed out of the full stock by an upgraded member my first thread out i wanna see something done about this, but i do know all deals are at my own risk, but i hope my proof is good enough to be recognized.
ALSO he tried saying i photoshopped all the picture and my paypal balance picture is from an old date...dont think he noticed i hade a payment from TODAY in it from blizzard for an item sold on diablo 3 so its obviously not old!
