Shell Allowing FTP Access? - Haters Ganna Hate - Jun 28, 2012
So im currently subscribed to this service which is really good for me. The problem is that for some security reason, they disabled FTP access.
I was wondering if there was a shell or something I could upload so I use thats very similar to a FTP client (rename files, move em, etc)
Thanks!

I think any shell with a file manager will suffice. Have you tried GNYShell?

Problem is that most files i need upload require "chmod" and the web interface that my host has... doesnt have this...
Im pretty sure its possible because other people uploaded stuff with it but that was BEFORE they disabled FTP.
Help?
