The site has many users a forum and mods etc.

This won't benefit the community. All you're going to get are a bunch of people that don't know anything whatsoever on the subject of web application hacking and get all the shit they want handed to them. They won't be learning. That isn't good. Please reconsider your actions sir.

Actually It seems like that is all people want and the only thing they respond to. But no it was not a lie i have gained access to a site that isn't complete crap, with no users or traffic.
