Is it possible to convert my iStealer.exe into a .bat file?

To crypt your istealer then use a crypter, secondly I don't think thats possible and even if it were why would you want to do that? To change the icon use resource hacker, it's pretty self explanatory.
Finally, forget iStealer it's very old and outdated and I doubt you will get any logs.

but my question is will it be crypted if i convert it to a bat file

No it won't be crypted it will just be in another format.
