Type of shell theses are webdav shells, But I let them stale you could say,I put them in a notepad for about 1 week after I exploit, then I will check those shell's then have those shells up for sell :p.
I only sell the shells once, no one else will ever own your shells
Theses are private shells exploited by me you will not find anoy of theses shells on googe.

A. The output of the shells is ALWAYS incorrect, no matter what you say. If you realy wanna put them into a test then test them over a VPS (dstat), I got one and I'll be happy to test some for you :) , It's the only real way to check how hard it is.
B. Are those Webdavs?
