Scammed By Nanau - $100 exchange - Jesse Pinkman™ - Sep 2, 2012

I got scammed by Nanau in an exchange (My PP for his LR), he kept telling me that Paypal fee's took more than we agreed on and i sent as much more as was required to be sure he had what he was promised, at which point he stopped replying entirely.

I also saw him browsing around and reading / writing PM's after our transaction so i know he has seen my PM's :/ He just doesn't respond anymore..

I did however send $107 'as service', and am kinda hoping that paypal can help me get the money back somehow. Do you guys think i have any chance of getting it back with paypal or should i just let it go and focus on preventing him from scamming others only?

And not only that, he was supposed to send me $95 and his fake receipt is for $100 lol -_- He also drew over 'my' username, since he doesn't even know what it is! Here is his response to that:

THIRD EDIT:

I just realised that he used the same picture that i gave as proof that he didn't pay to fake the payment. Look at the stuff in the bottom, especially the time.. He just took my picture and changed it in photoshop or something, and he even got a significantly worse quality image than i have, which just proves that i am the actual owner of the picture and that he somehow tampered with the original.

take a screen shot and pm judge dredd about it even if he changes the Rep he will get a months ban because there is enough proof that he scammed you and with that and the false Rep JD will get super pissed and ban the cunt.

You paid and sent me your LR and I saw there were fees that you had to pay yourself I told you pay your fees.
After that you sent the fees that is correct and then money was claimed back why would I send you the LR once you claim your money back.

Fail Scammer.

I already stated that i didn't file a dispute against you before i was certain that you wouldn't send the money. I filed those disputes like more than an hour after my last payment to you and after i PM'ed you several times..

If you really didn't try to scam me then just PM me and we can sort this out.. But if you dont PM me we will let paypal decide.
