Visual Basic help. - Dark Templar - Sep 24, 2008

I know VB but i have only used it in visual studio and notepad ofcourse what i wanna know is: is there some similar program to the visual studio but smaller i mean the visual studio is on 1dvd or 3cds and you can use it for c, c++, java etc what i want is something smaller that will have only the possibility to write vb in it and that will be something like 10mb. is there something like that?

I haven't heard about a IDE of visual basic 6. Probably the visual studio 6 is now free (i don't thing so), so you have to find it over the net. If you want something better use visual studio .net 2008. You can just download and use Vb.net only, instead of downloading all the language data and ide. The main difference of the two language are the .NET framework needed on the machine you want to use a program written in .net or the OCX Component if you want to use a vb6 program.
If you want but it's just boring you can coding in vb.net using a simple notepad and compile the code in a shell. It's not so useful cause if you write lot of code it became a funny f*****g problem
