Start to learn coding. I suggest C++ (Only because that's what I learned first). But you start with anyone you wanted. Don't expect it to be easy. You have to be dedicated. 🤝

look for tuts.

Like every hacker, it takes practice. Don't expect a couple of years expect more than 15 years of learning before you call yourself a hacker.

Don't start hacking, the world has enough hackers, the internet is gone to shit.
Do something productive and useful with the time you spend online.
Maybe learn some programming languages, and start a small business.

Depends how far you want to go.
If you just want to keep kids off the internet (Booting isn't really hacking) just pick up a booter.
If you want to keylog people just get a keylogger and infect people.
Same as above applies for RATting.
If you want to actually learn about how it all goes down and how to do it all, learn how to program.
Depending on what programs/scripts you want to make, decide on which language would be best.
There's no point trying to make a website out of C++.

Go to another forum that is more about computer security and network security.
Learn some programming language (helpful for creating scripts or even your own tools instead of using others)

I am not telling him to fuck off. I see I came across rude in that post and I apologize. I meant to say, get off HF in the sense that if you really want to learn about hacking and network penetration you should go to a forum that specializes in network and computer security.
