If the accounts are famous and still being used with alot of tweets your chances are lowered by far. Words from the dictionary are the most vulnerabale, followed by last names and first names too. However you you need some luck. You will not be able to jack any username!.

I had recieved a copy of the ebook by AFRO , He explains pretty well the method including examples and pictures , I have tried this out and waiting for the twitter team to reply , Overall it's a great e-book , extremly well-written and easy to understand . .
Overall this looks like a good method.
