Did you run a full scan with Malwarebytes?

Download it either do a quick scan or full scan, If you still can't remove the viruses, pm then.

Try this;

Go to start Write the word 'Regedit'.

Regedit's a Filestore where all registrated files are stored.
It seems that the Remote administrations Tools are registrated on your Computer.

Try searching for the Process names, and unregister them.
Restart your Computer, and check whether you're still receiving the RAT popups.

Thank you everyone, Malwarebytes removes all the rats, thank you again so much. Nothing is popping up now <3

Do you recommend buying Malwarebytes? Because it's just saved my life.
