Have you tried to go on that webpage with a different browser such as Firefox?
If not, please do so I can further diagnose your problem.

Do you have any issues loading other webpages, or?

1. Download TFC to your desktop.
  • Close any open windows.

  • Double click the TFC icon to run the program

  • TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,

  • Click the Start button to begin the process.

  • Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.

  • The program should not take long to finish it's job

  • Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,

  • if it doesn't,  manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

Is your computer experiencing slowness as well, or is it just the webpages?

Have you altered with any proxy settings or messed with any VPNs lately?

There could be multiple reasons why you are unable to connect to the website.

First check to see if you are the only one. Go to isup.me and put in the URL. If it says it's just you, then go to the next steps.

Check to see if you have any anti virus (AVG, Microsoft Security Essentials, Avira, etc.) or anti malware (Malwarebytes) programs running or any firewall (Windows Firewall/defender, Zone Alarm, commodo, etc.

If you still can't connect, try clearing your cache.

You can also download CCleaner and clean your registry.

If you still have problems, feel free to private message me. I will help you the best I can.
