Man, am glad I didn't do the exchange with him, he was going to scam me $100 :O
He told me to transfer him through bank transfer and was really trying to make the trade. It was a currency exchange (PP to LR or bank transfer to LR)

Yeah there was a post earlier today about him scamming another member. Man that really sucks, I hope everything gets resolved and he is dealt with :/

That is also true.
But it is just that scamming, you can both get in a lot of trouble on HF and a lot of legal trouble as well.
Overall, scamming is just a stupid choice to resort to.

He scammed me also man. It says his pp is Non US and unverified from my pp. He posted a thread about his pp problem and soon he removed it. I posted on that also. He said to contact pp and give his information. All are fake man. He had 10+ charge backs from his account. My pp is fucked and its in negative. I wish I could get the cash back so I don't have to fix any shit.

That really sucks, I don't want to hear members "his pp got messed up etc" he has not contacted me about his issue nor could he since he has me blocked

I contacted him when I saw the charge back and he was kinda neglecting me.
He was like don't haunt me and all.
A better solution is to call PP or respond with a believing story.
