You're going to upload a DoS shell to a webhost? You're gonna need a fuckton of those to hit somebody off. Not to mention the fact that they won't last longer than like 2 days.

Do you mean add them to your booter, or actually upload them to vulnerable sites?
You can manually add them via MySQL, but I don't know enough specific info about your booter to tell you how to do this.
If you mean uploading them, there are 100,000,000,000 ways to do that.
WebDAV, LFI, upload vulnerabilities in websites, etc. come to mind.
