UPDATE: After everything they figured out I DID purchase blackshades:

Issue resolved. because they found my payment and offered me the product.

Bought Blackshades NET over 2 years ago, had a break for about a year, tried to get HWID reset and new product link and after 4 days of terrible support, have been banned from bshades.eu and told to go on my way.

Here is the support for the last 4 days:

Claims he can't find my payment by email address asking for receipt... from over 2 years ago??? however it's clear I had the product, otherwise how the fuck else did I have my HWID reset?!?!? Genius...

Tickets proving I had HWID reset (Agust 2011 not 2012 fyi)

Lifetime clearly doesn't mean lifetime, it means until they decide they can't be bothered to support anymore.

Avoid Blackshades like the plague.

Unless you all believe that including the proof I had my HWID reset on blackshades, that I planned this from over 1 year ago and plotted my posts around so that 1 year LATER I could scam a $30 program? Then see this too:

Nah they aren't my tickets are they. Anyone with at least an ounce of intelligence please look at the dates on the ticket main page, and the ticket posts (in my images) and confirm clearly they are my tickets. I'm done here, clearly this guy has ejected me because he wants to ignore all proof and only accept a receipt, it's completely clear I had the product even to someone simple minded.
