Hey! I really need some quick cash right now, so I'll be selling ALL of my google voice/wave invites. Some of these are going for $20 on eBay, I'm selling voice invites for $5 each and wave for $6 each. These invitations are very hard to come by. My friend gave me one, there is a link to request one, these take usually 3-4 months to arrive.
They are both in early beta stages, and they are highly sought after.
Google Voice is more desired, it allows you to create your OWN phone number with any area code, and you can check your voicemail online. You can also use Gizmo5 (free) to use your computer's microphone to talk on the phone, completely free. It's free within the US, really cheap international calling. Plus, you get 10 cents calling credit for starting off. This is great for social engineering, because if someone does a reverse lookup it shows Google. This is 100% legit, they can't trace you without going to google, and Google is not very likely to give you up, they would at the most terminate your account.
Google wave is a social networking and collaboration tool, I don't know much about it. :D

For example, if you wanted to call a company to ask for a replacement product (this is common), you are at less of a risk of being caught and your name being traced via a reverse lookup service.
Also, you can make yourself look legit if you are impersonating an executive (if It's common knowledge that the exec lives in a place with a 610 area code (example), then you can set your google voice area code to 610 and it would look more real).

You get 3 invites, but it usually takes a while for you to get your invites since google is trying to limit down the amount of people in the system. took me about 2 months to get all 3 invites.

I have actually not tried this on Voice. I tried it on wave and I didn't get the invites on the second account.
go ahead and try, but it's not my fault if you lose an invite.
