Thank you "Mя_Dε¢øđεя" for solving the Easy challenge & thank you to all who attempted the Easy & Hard challenge!
This is how the Hard challenge works:

Word - "numbers"
Step1:
Get each number of the letter (a=1,b=2,c=3...z=26)
numbers = 14 21 13 2 5 18 19 = 142113251819

Step 2:
Add, subtract & multiply the numbers to get 3 different values
add: 1+4+2+1+1+3+2+5+1+8+1+9 = 38
minus: 1-4-2-1-1-3-2-5-1-8-1- = -36
multiply: 1*4*2*1*1*3*2*5*1*8*1*9 = 17280

Step 3:
get opposite character (a=z,b=y,c=x...z=a)
numbers = mfnyvih

Step 4:
repeat steps 1 & 2 but for "mfnyvih"
mfnyvih = 13 6 14 25 22 9 8 = 13614252298
add: 1+3+6+1+4+2+5+2+2+9+8 = 43
minus: 1-3-6-1-4-2-5-2-2-9-8 = -41
multiply: 1*3*6*1*4*2*5*2*2*9*8 = 207360

Step 5:
Combine both outputs of add, minus & multiply
top part: add: 38, minus: -36, multiply: 17280
bottom part: add: 43, minus: -41, multiply: 207360
combined: add: 3843, minus: -3641, multiply: 17280207360

Step 6:
add for add, minus for minus, multiply for multiply
add: 3843 = 3+8+4+3 = 18
minus: -3641 (get rid of "-" before the #'s) = 3-6-4-1 = -8
multiply: 17280207360 = 1*7*2*8*0*2*0*7*3*6*0 = 0

Final Step(7):
format it
[add][minus][multiply] = [18][-8][0]

haha yea it seems like a lot but it's pretty simple concept once you understand it. :]
As for cracking it, i wasn't sure how anyone would crack it so i attempted to crack it myself & noticed a huge flaw in it entirely!

Flaw:
From what i've seen, the first digit will either be 18 or 9, this reduces the combinations drastically!
Again, the second digit is either Zero or a negative # which also reduces the combinations but not as much as the 1st.
As for the last digit... it's either 0 or a big number! which could in a way also reduce the combinations.
Then lastly, the flaw that just killed it for me & had me thinking "MAN! someones gonna figure it out!! ;/"

You can end up with the same digits with other words, ie: numbers [18] [-8] [0] & big: [18][-8][0]
Im not positive on how to predict a digit for each letter but yea... the Hard is flawed up the A**! haha may that be, made it even easier to solve it but i guess i'd have to blame myself for not be the most instructive i could be!
