Anyone know how to get the password back without formatting or if I don't have the cd like I gOogle some stuff about this but does this method work? Go on safe mode then control panel go on the administration acc and remove the password there?

You can use Hiren’s BootCD to reset the Windows password or enable the disabled administrator account which is default setting for Windows Vista and Windows 7 , 8 visit the web site links.
