Also with penguin isn't getting back links that fast bad? I heard you should only get around 4 back links per day.

We have a small data center, which allows us to make us of large amounts of bandwidth and other resources. Very helpful!
The amount of backlinks you should be aiming for, is a consistent amount. The actual number should be dependent on the age of your domain.
Ask yourself, how a new booming website would control the amount of links that it received? Wouldn't it then be on the road to a penguin slap?
Consistency is the important factor with that inquiry. :)
We also offer high quality contextual links. This means your link is placed within directly relevant content for the greatest effect.
Additionally, your link is the only outbound link. These have been very useful post-penguin.
With all content, or changes within a page - you can help control when Google is notified through the use of a ping tool - this notifies Google of a change on a page and more importantly your link placement.
It would then be ideal to ping a gradual amount of links each day, after they have already been created.

Our affiliate and reseller programs are vastly unorganized, and while are operational. were not anticipated to be complete until after December.
