[HELP]Text protecting(not sure how it's called) - Ҡosty - Nov 27, 2012

Hello,

I'm just done with coding and designing my website. But I'm having one little problem.
Does someone have some sort of code to hide text?

I've tried googling but it was kinda difficult for me.

Note.
I'm not really a coder I'm only a graphic designer. I only know how to code a layout(PSD file).

For example;
Quote:Password:
12

So it shows it as "**" on the website.

Thanks in advance!

Aside from a password input, whats the point in hiding text on a website? the whole point of a website is to display text/content

Ah great thank you. I'll try it out as soon as I'm home.

Well it has a login/submit box in it. But when someone wants to login or submit something they obviously need to enter their password.

But it shouldn't look as normal text for safety/protection.

EDIT:
Alright guys it worked! Thanks alot.
