Hi i want to make something like a virus where it goes to lots of computers and reads off a message to them, is there a way to do something like that

Looking into something called a "R.A.T". It'll give you full access to the victims P.C. and you'll certainly be able to read off your message. For more assistance please refer to the Remote Administration Tools section, as that is the correct sub-forum for this topic.
