Damn bro, you have had a lot of computer issues lately! Nevertheless, here is an easy fix that will probably work. If it doesn't, just post back and I'd be happy to help you out.
1. Download "Infested Cleaner" here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=1761581
2. Run it AS ADMINISTRATOR
3. Go to the tab that allows you to re-enable these programs
4. Check them all, and hit "Enable"
By now, all of your stuff will probably be fixed, but I still advise you to run a MalwareBytes' scan.
