I scanned a website and saw it had ssl 2.0 deprecated protocol, is any way to hack it or is there any exploit for this kind? it says an hacker may hack it with an exploit

Acunetix is showing the vunrability as a high risk, why it do that if it was so complicated <.< ?

Because it's a high risk service to be running, easy to intercept if you're in the right place.
But as you can't work out an acunetix scan on your own I doubt this is an option for you.

You must i have one shell on victim server . This expolit only useful on LAN . WHen u got shell on Victim LAN . You can use ettercap to sniffer SSL ....
