Hi i would like to know How does one go about making a botnet? What do you need to learn before making one? Do you have to learn programming as a whole to do it or ? What is the best programming language to learn to make botnets ?
I'm interested in getting involved in making botnets and such but i'm a total noob to this subject... Any advice and suggestions will be very appreciated... Thanks in advance.

You'll need a crypter. (for having your .exe FUD)
A server for IRCd or HTTP daemon (apache or something, and HTTP or IRCd depending on the type botnet)
Money to pay for this stuff. You'll probably want to buy a botnet builder too free ones are usually poorly made.

the first stage of the botnet is installing it on a slave, so MAKE SURE YOU GET A FUD CRYPTER

First you have to secure yourself.. then you can proceed onto purchasing the required things, offshore vps/crypter/bot/etc
