To stop it permanently, end task the taskmgr.exe as described previously then open Application data folder and delete the file "taskmgr.exe".

Create a txt file
Write "ATTRIB . -S -H -R" to this txt file without the qoutes
Save and then close.
Rename it to 1.bat
Run the file
