How do you create a colored outlining on text or on an image? Like green or blue, etc. Something along the lines of this: http://i.minus.com/jGRlLdUnAADBg.jpg

Go to layer styles -> stroke
You get the layer styles by double clicking to the right of the thumbnail, you should know that
Then click the fill color, and change it, done.
