http://refinedstresser.us/ that is what I use and it can take down most webpage's. not fbi.gov or google.com. but i can also take down my friends internet and get ips via skype.

Shell booters do run DDoS attacks. DDoS stands for Distributed Denial of Service. This means the packets sent are sent from more then one source. So it depends you got more than one shell?
