I know i share this to add .NET Applications a Setup, this does not care that the Builder is in Delphi, it is able with .Net Applications.

Did you try InstallShield LE for VisualStudio add-in ?
Its mutch good for installation VS's projects

Yes sure i know this, but i think Inno Setup is easyier and better to use, but it is my Opinion.
