Ip: IP address of the victime's home - NOT WEBSITE BOOTER
Port: usually 80 but make sure. Xbl is different. Click "common ports"
Socket: whatever. I do 4000-6000
Packet: high! Just click "max" button. It will put in the maximum file size.

1. It's not for websites. It's for flooding home connections.
2. Make sure you have a large socket and packet size
