Its nice, nice job.
My advise is to make the text bigger to fill the empty hole at left.
Font is that cartoons official font, right?
Anyways you need some other font, that doesnt go with the picture.
The background and reder blending is kinda wierd, but still nice job.

the text is a little funny looking, and maybe make the detal a little clearer.
