Dual focal ruined it.
Would have been better if the canvas ended at the edge of the right box.

Yeah I think I have been using this technique too much. I've only just started testing it out.

Since the dual focal was the huge downside to this signature I have updated it with out it. Feel free to choose which you like best, although I do prefer the one without the dual focal.

at first glance, it's okay. but there is just way too much going on once you look deeper.
Text is blurred strangely, TONS of empty space, nothing going on in bckgrnd, etc.

I don't like it, the character is too sharpened.
The background looks out of place, and lighting is poor.
Border is bad, and text looks wrong.
I could go all day with a list of bad things, can't believe someone would pay for such a thing.

No one paid me, it was just a request. Thanks for the feedback though, I'll be looking to improve on these things you've stated.

Yea, don't use the default sharpening filter. There's an excellent third-party sharpening tool out there, but I can't remember what its called.

It's nice but there is too much blur on the text and you need to increase the text size.
