Got bored so I decided to make something
Basically in the end it will take a number and work it out on a certain base

Notes

Uncomplete
Slightly buggy

Just putting it out there to get feedback on the idea

Not to be rude, but judging just by how many .EXE files you have in the source, this is really messy.

Not a bad idea, you could easily configure it to calculate Binary, Hex, Oct, etc.

For the most common bases (2, 8, 10, 16), there is already Convert.ToString(Int32, Int32), as well as Convert.ToInt32(String, Int32) for converting from a base back to base 10.
