User asked for a refund we state in our ToS we do not offer them, and we are always willing to help users out if they have an issue.

User asked for a refund because he was satisfied but rather have money

User is wanting to report us for not refunding and is charging back.

Vouch, been following this as well.
Seems as if this customer has not contacted anyone related to our service and now demands a refund after several weeks use.

Seems like another money grabber to me. Not unlike most other services of this nature, refunds are rarely if ever allowed/given. Our ToS stipulates that refunds are not allowed except under extreme circumstances to be left at our discretion. Im not seeing a case of this here.

He isnt just a friend, he is my partner in grim.
Lets be real though there is absolutely no reason for a chargeback other than the fact you want money to spend on other things you yourself admitted it and said you were satisfied

Eh no, im actually his api manager and partner. I oversee a wide range of actions related to his service.
After a look at the tickets Its quite aparent whats going on here.
You would like a refund but have enjoyed the service, or is that not what you yourself said in the ticket to support i posted above?

This member seems sketchy to me too.
He has other scam reports on him ( look his rep).
And he just seems like a very sketchy person.
Had conversations with him over PM regarding his Laptop sale.

Delta wouldnt lie and to open up a scam report on someone is for a good reason and not for the hell of it. Like always im on your side delta and i know everything is 110% true
