Scammed by DeltaDude, uG David, Fatality` UID=1569971, UID=1387038, UID=170712 - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 A charge back is getting opened right now. [2/11/13]
Charge back was unsuccessful, my membership was stripped, and no refund was initiated. [3/19/2013] User: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=1387038 https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=170712 https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=1569971 Sales Thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3201291 His Scam Report (He made the scam report for me charging back, which I haven't even done so yet.): https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3251343 Story: A few weeks ago I purchased a package on Grim Booter. After trying to hit several home IPs offline, none of the attacks worked. I then asked for a refund through PM...I received no response. I waited a few days, tried to attack different IPs, and was still unsuccessful. I then filed a support ticket on the website asking for a refund, and still didn't receive one. I did receive this response however. Spoiler (Click to View) When I purchased the account, I never agreed to any terms, but apparently they updated the ToS since then, and expect me to agree to them. The ToS wouldn't be under effect if the product doesn't work anyways. I then PM'd DeltaDude, and asked for a refund. I received this response. Spoiler (Click to View) My Account: ![]() I would avoid purchasing Grim Booter at all costs. The booter itself is trash, and the owners are sketchy. * - Frawshy - Feb 11, 2013 You agreed to their T.O.S. you can't get a refund, the most they can do is add time to your account. This pretty much stands for all booters. * - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:34 PM)Sandshrew Wrote: You agreed to their T.O.S. you can't get a refund, the most they can do is add time to your account. The issue is, when I bought the package, they had no ToS on the site, or on the thread.
They been updating constantly for the past few weeks, and have updated their ToS. I never agreed to the terms. * - Wires - Feb 11, 2013 "No refunds unless agree'd by us" is stated in their ToS. Your not obliged to a refund as the ToS is automatically accepted on purchase. They also have the right to update their ToS anytime without telling you. * - DeltaDude - Feb 11, 2013 https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3251343 Scam report is already opened against this user. * - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:36 PM)Reliance. When Terms are updated, users have to agree upon the updated terms. If you don't believe this, feel free to Google. (Feb 11, 2013 03:37 PM)DeltaDude Wrote: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=3251343 You opened a scam report up for me charging back.
I haven't charged back. * - DeltaDude - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:38 PM)Cʀɪᴍᴇs Wrote: Nope, not yet but you are threatening to, and you also opened a scam report for no reason. * - Funniest - Feb 11, 2013 Sounds like you just wanted your money back. Even if not its about time you get scammed since you have multiple scam reports and you owe me my report or 11$ back.. * - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:40 PM)DeltaDude Wrote: Nope, not yet but you are threatening to, and also opened a scam report for no reason. For no reason?
You blatantly cheated me out of 30$. Then got your friends to negative rep me, and 'vouch' on a scam report. I might as well expose Grim Booter for being a scam... * - DeltaDude - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:42 PM)Cʀɪᴍᴇs Wrote: You still have your account on the booter, you asked for a refund we said no... and those "friends" are staff and are looking at you wondering what your issue is. * - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:44 PM)DeltaDude Wrote: You still have your account on the booter, you asked for a refund we said no... It's simple.
Issue refunds = happy customers. * - Ѕpade - Feb 11, 2013 Once you buy something if you agree to the TOS you can't get a refund! * - DeltaDude - Feb 11, 2013 When he purchased we also had a different source, i pulled up the old tos it stated as follows Code <li><br>-Do not use this tool on any servers that are not your own.</li>* - Fatality` - Feb 11, 2013 Crime your not making sense. We have reviewed our PM,s and show no evidence you attempted to contact us with issues or refund during the time frames you speak of. The message's we have seen from you in the ticket system express your delight with the service and then abruptly asking for a refund as you wish to use the money for other financial obligations. A terms of service has been available since the beginning of grim even prior to using my sources. ToS aside, show me a booter that allows refunds after 24 hours? * - Dexter Moser - Feb 11, 2013 (Feb 11, 2013 03:51 PM)Fatality` Wrote: Crime your not making sense. I'm sure Delta would love to show you my PM asking for a refund about 2 hours after I bought it.
