I've purchased the rat but cant seem to find out how to add an account to the product? could someone please help/explain how to do this or is this a problem that has been encountered because or a purchase failure? or do i need a administrator of blackshades to take a look?

Thanks. could i just ask one more thing? i purchased the black shades rat and i appears as the remote controller? is this still the black shades rat? like i entered the order id and i came up as remote controller? now in my products it appears as red text and says no account found? any idea?

Just wait until they respond to your ticket. If there is an e-mail, check their contact page or something. It makes no sense asking us to spoonfeed something as simple as a contact e-mail for you. If it exists, it is something you can find yourself, I guarantee it. Sorry if I was no help, but this is just my opinion.

Look on there website, there is a place where you can submit a ticket if you've got a problem.
