AV's Smudge Style TuT. - Anal Voyage. - Feb 17, 2013
This tut was meant for the dudes who wanted to know how I personally did my smudges.
All I did was show the steps from my PSD, so sorry if it's not that straightforward.
I don't smudge anymore, so meh. :/
And sorry for the constant hue changes.
I didn't notice I had a photo-filter layer visible at the top. QQ

Woops. Forgot the important stuff:
Brush settings: Default hard brush.
Strength: 70-90%.
When you're doing the black and white smudging, use a MUCH smaller brush.
ie, I usually use a 10px brush for the rough smudging, and then drop down to a 1-3px brush with the same settings and varying strengths for the lighting.
