What Happened: 20th of Feb I messaged Him regarding an exchange,i wanted to exchange 200$ paypal for 160$,he agreed to do this exchange for me with 48 Hours holding,i agreed on this,and i sent him the 200$ paypal.
After the 48 hours passed..i contacted him asking him when he will send me the LR,he said that his supplier isnt online and that he will send me the LR soon.
another day passed,and he still didnt send me the LR,so i contacted him again,and this time he said that he got scammed for 115$ and transfering money from his bank...things i have nothing to do with...
then he said that he is trying to complete my order.
another 2 days passed..and still nothing..i did msg him today asking him if there is any news...he said he is transfering money to bank,and it might take 1-3 weeks.
I am asking for a full refund,or give me the LR

rhythms is a very legit member in my opinion, dealt with him before and it went smooth, if you don't actually have LR on you to exchange with don't bother exchanging don't rely on your friend to supply it for you Shadow.

Dude, you should have waited.
He said he could refund you tomorrow, there was no need to dispute.
Shadow is a legitimate exchanger, he just needs to find a regular bulk LR Exchanger.
