Just a quick little tool I wrote, it's called Icing DOS.
It's as simple as:
- Unrar
- Run start.bat
- Input the information
Wrote purely in java this little tool will open mass amounts of connections to the remote server (best on web servers!) and just leave them hanging!
Think of it as a RUDY tool, version 2. Instead of being a slow connection, it opens hundreds of connections and leaves them hanging.

Also note by using this tool I take no responsibility or liability for your actions, nor does this tool come with any warranty. This is designed to be used to study how DDOS attacks work in the most basic principles.

It's a slower tool but effective.
I recommend you use 90k connections for three minutes to take a site offline for HOURS.
Even when the tool isn't running the site stays off.
