I have an .edu e-mail but I am not going to try their shitty software out and then do their own marketing for them for an additional 3 month free added to your account. * - Obi-Wan Cannabis - Mar 13, 2013 Time to shine with my new animations on my power point presentations! * - TheLordOfEvil - Mar 13, 2013 What about students that don't have a .edu email address. 😑 Besides Office 365 was the worst product I have ever used. No amount of support from them was able to fix the constant crashes I had nearly every time I started up the program. When the programs did work half of the fonts were completely corrupted and just came up as squares, and if you somehow managed to get past all of that it would crash again if you tried to save anything. * - Kenji Harima - Mar 13, 2013 Seems like getting accepted to college is already paying off. I'll have to download it, can't pass on free stuff. * - thegentlad22 - Mar 13, 2013 (Mar 13, 2013 03:31 PM)TheLordOfEvil Wrote: What about students that don't have a .edu email address. 😑 Besides Office 365 was the worst product I have ever used. Your college should have it. Mine actually does and they have some portal to connect when you login to your colleges server they have an interface that is a portal to ms servers. It will allow you to download and install the software. It will use or record your student id instead of your .edu That is what my university offers. However, this isn't something new they did the same with ms office 2013. They have a demo that I can try it out for 6 months. |
