Just got more money, tried to send it to myself:

Why do you have 2 paypal accounts? Why not get them to send it to your main account?
It's cos its a new account. If you're using them both on the same ip with same cookies and flash cookies they're going to know they're both connected anyway, and they'll both end up limited sooner or later if fake details on either or.

If you get this error without any error code this is because you are using a VPN, try a VPS or socks 5 BOUGHT proxy and you will be able to send... this is the ONLY correct answer believe me

I got this error code as well. It means that you are using a VPN disconnect the VPN and then transfer the money.

Had this error many times, if you have an ipod touch or an iphone get the paypal app and do it, if that doesn't work then just wait like 30 minutes and try again. Worked for me good luck!

I get this error many times even in my legit paypal account.
What you have to do is only waiting and retrying later, it will work at some moment.

Easy fix: Go to http://mobile.paypal.com and send through there.
Edit note; this error you're getting will get removed within a few weeks. Just clear cookies and do above meanwhile.

Now I cant send money because being limited.
