Synopsis (Outline without spoilers...)
The story takes place in Tanegashima, Japan during the year 2019-2020. The divergence ratio is 1.048596 (Steins;Gate fans or people watched it would understand this). Kaito Yaisho is a member of his school's robotics club and a fan of Kill-Ballad. Kill-Ballad is a mecha fighting game that was based on an Anime that is shown throughout Robotics;Notes. Anime-ception, maybe? His classmate's name is Akiho or Aki for short. She loves robots. They decided to build a giant robot with the help of their friends.

Notes from Crush
This is my first time making a review of an Anime. Please cut me some slack. I mostly review Animes that seem underrated. I am a hipstercrite when it comes to Animes. Robotics;Notes is an highly underrated Anime. I can say this because I was avoiding this Anime until last night when a friend of mine told me to watch it. 22 episodes done less than a day isn't that impressive to those who are in AnimeFan!. This Anime has everything so "Sci-Fi" and "Adventure" aren't the only genres that Robotics;Notes can be categorized. Lastly, there's this one chick who says stuff like: "plz", "thx", "normalfag", "new$#fag", and more...

Story

First half of the story gave a slice-of-life feeling, but Kaito and Akiho made them interesting as the characterization of the characters grew. I can admit that it was boring, but it was easy to understand. After episode 9 is where all of the action and interesting stuff starts to unfold.

Characters

Most of the characters are very interesting. They showed a lot of emotions through out the Anime. There's like two particular characters that I would like to know their pasts, but their mysterious background made it more interesting. Hint: It's that chick with JAXA who says "In Victory" or "To Victory" and the boy with the glasses, Subaru (Technically not a spoiler, since there is nothing to spoil).

Art

Since this Anime was produced in 2012, any person would say that the art was above average. It was well made in terms of the surroundings and the characters. Even the "extras" or characters who were bystanders had faces and were talking?

The Anime is worth watching especially because of the SYMBOLS. YESH, I SAW THE EYE OF PROVIDENCE IN THIS ANIME. Sorry for the caps. I thought that this will make conspiracy people watch this anime.

It's because he's (or she) using a Japanese IME so when he types it looks like that.

Just finished watching this anime and I found it to be quite enjoyable. It started off a bit slow but towards the end, it really picked up, which is how Steins;Gate was for me and I absolutely loved that one. This isn't your typical mecha anime, quite far from it actually, though towards the end it does throw a bit of traditional mecha elements into it.

Overall, I rated it an 9/10 on MAL, definitely worth watching.
